Payment Methods
Paypal & major credit card are the two different methods of payment.
Credit/Debit cards
We accept VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.
PayPal
PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com.
Distribution (Retailers only)
We offer to retailers payment on invoice with ‘Due on receipt’ and +shipping charges. Note that when choosing invoice as a payment method we cannot ship to another address than the one you are registered at. For more info regarding Distribution click email or call 1 514 231 5530.
Delivery and shipping costs
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped by FedEx, except orders to Canada which will be sent by Canada Post. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on fedEx or canadapost for orders in CANADA.
Canada
Expedited: Free Shipping over 40$, 1-3 working days
US
FedEx Ground: Free Shipping over 50$, 7-10 working days
FedEx Ground: Free Shipping over 100$, 2-5 working days
Internationals
Standard: 2-5 working days (Free over 200$)
Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
Refunds and exchanges
How to make a return
When returning goods by post please ensure that you fill in and enclose the returns form. The returns form will have been enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lose it, please contact us. You will find the address for returns on the returns form. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.
Wrong address and returns.
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
International returns
All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that don't have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.
United States returns
Returns from the U.S. should be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Returns shipped with other services than USPS will incur brokerage fees, which may be deducted from your return at the discretion of New Distribution House. All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that don't have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.
Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
